• Welcome Bonus: For new members only. Applicable on the first deposit.

Xbagi does not alter the outcome of any game. If you have a complaint regarding a game, please notify our support team within 24 hours. Complaints submitted after this period may not be accepted.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on xbagi and will result in immediate account closure:

• Creating or managing multiple accounts.
• Creating an account using another person's identity.

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent collection of bonuses.
• Threatening or harassing other users.

Xbagi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (over 12 months).
• Suspicious financial transactions.
• Court order or request by a law enforcement agency.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time. In such cases, any valid balance will be refunded, but bonus balances will be forfeited.

Xbagi provides its services on an "as is" basis. xbagi accepts no liability or responsibility in the following situations:

• If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or network issues.
• For issues caused by third-party software or services.
• Due to issues with the user's own device or software.
• Due to unexpected technical errors or server downtime.
• For personal financial losses resulting from gaming.

Xbagi always strives to maintain high service quality; however, 100% uptime cannot be guaranteed. The service may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or upgrades.

Xbagi reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, registered users will be notified in advance via email or SMS.
